eVedam is committed in providing best quality of end to end services at affordable price to fulfill customer’s requirements. We have liberal cancellation and refund policy. 1. After making online payments, should I consider my booking is confirmed?

No. After you choose your package/product/services & make payments, you will receive a confirmation call / mail for your request.

For puja related requirements (Pundit, Puja Kit, Flowers), we will confirm your booking within 24 -48 hours.

For all events, we will contact you as soon as possible to seek clarification on requirements and will get back to you within 7 days (Max) with detailed quotation

2. What happens in case all your resources is fully booked on particular date, after making payments?

We will refund your entire money within 7 working days.

3. I have booked Puja / Event. When package associated products (puja kit, flowers etc.) will be delivered to me?

Products will be delivered at least 3 hours prior to booked slot on particular date. In case you feel to receive products early for any reasons, you can mail us at support@evedam.com or call us (details available in contact us section).

4. What is eVedam’s Cancellation and Refund Policy?

In case of any reason, if you wish to cancel “Confirmed order” of booking, please refer our refund policies below:

Cancellation before 48 hours: Refund 50 % of Amount.

Cancellation before 24 hours: Refund 35% of Amount.

Cancellation before 12 hours: Refund 25% of Amount.

Cancellation before 8 hours: Refund 10% of Amount.

For any cancellation of booking made prior to 8 hours, refund will not be made.

Note: Cancelling “Confirmed order” of package refers to cancellation of entire order related to particular package, including products and services. No delivery of materials will be made post cancellation

What is products return policy?

eVedam endeavors its best to deliver best valued products and quality materials to you.

We don’t take any responsibility on these products and no replacement will be provided to these materials, once delivered in proper & undamaged condition. In case of damaged products noticed during delivery, product might be replaced depending upon the condition of the products. However we preserve the rights to determine replacement of products. In case of any queries on the same, you can write to us at support@evedam.com.

6. I have booked Package. Do I need to pay any extra fees for services to resources?

No. As package includes all the cost of products and services; no need to pay extra to any of our resources

7. In what cases will I get refund?

Incase resources don’t arrive at the venue, or arrives late exceeding 3 hours from booking slot of booked date, up to 50 % money will be refunded within 7 days of time. But Refund policy is not applicable on festivals, bandh days, and wrong address. Further we preserve the right to withdraw the same without prior information.
